Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order? Most retail orders placed before 10am mst are shipped the same day and orders after this will ship next day via usps priority mail. Average usps delivery time is 2-3 days. While expected during holidays such as Christmas, we have seen shipping times up to 4-5 days.

How do I create an account?You can create an account at checkout during the purchase process.

How do I change my shipping address?If you have already placed an order, email chris@cbddy.com with your order number and correct shipping address. If you just need to update your shipping address on file, simply login to your account, click on addresses and update.

How do I track the status of my order?Login to your account and click on orders. Your tracking number should be found there, or alternatively check your email for your shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you can not locate either, email chris@cbddy.com

Will you keep my credit card information on file?You have the option to save your payment information to your account, however no we do not have visual access to your saved credit card information. At no time during the purchase process do we have access to view anything other than the last 4 of your card number. Our checkout is secured and all of your payment data is encrypted to protect your privacy.

Do you ship to my country?Due to restrictions on certain products outside of the United States, we have decided to no longer ship outside of the US. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to be able to bring back international shipping in the future.

Will my items come in one package?Yes, unless a multi-item order is placed and we happen to be out of stock of one or more items. We will contact you and give you the option to have the out of stock item shipped at a later date at no additional charge to you, or provide you an immediate refund.

What is your returns policy?We have a 30 day no hassle return policy on all unopened or damaged products received. Simply contact us via email chris@cbddy.com . We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return the items in and once returned and inspected will provide a full refund.

I received the wrong itemOh No! We are very sorry for this. Simply contact us via email chris@cbddy.com  and we will get the correct item shipped to you immediately.

My order arrived damagedOh no! That’s terrible and we are truly sorry to hear this. Simply contact us via email chris@cbddy.com with a photo of the damaged product and we will immediately get a replacement sent your way.

Where should I mail my authorized return?We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label

How do I receive customer support?We have multiple options for customer support.

We have a live chat option that you can immediately connect with someone on. Be sure to check your email after you send the message as even if someone is not on the chat we respond via email quicker than you’d expect at most times of the day and night.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?Contact us immediately, if usps has not yet picked up the item, we can get it corrected for you. If you noticed too late and it’s already shipped, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do at that time. You would have to personally call USPS and ask them if they can intercept the package and ship to another address. We will not be able to do this for you. You will have to repurchase if you do not receive an order due to you providing wrong shipping information.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?You can change or cancel an order up until it ships. Once it has shipped, we can not change or cancel an order.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?No, we do not believe in selling items we don’t physically have. We will notify you when the item is back in stock and you can order at that time.
