You may modify your order by opening a support ticket and requesting to change your order so long as it has not been packaged or shipped. If order has been packed or shipped there will not be any modifications made, you may place a new order if you wish to add products.
If you wish to have your package delivered with no signature required, your shipping and billing addresses must match. There will be no packages shipped to unmatched addresses without a signature required due to several attempt to fraud us.

If your billing & shipping info did not match, no tracking will be provided to prevent fraud.
