What if I need to modify my order?

You may modify your order by opening a support ticket and requesting to change your order so long as it has not been packaged or shipped. If order has been packed or shipped there will not be any modifications made, you may place a new order if you wish to add products.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you wish to have your package delivered with no signature required, your shipping and billing addresses must match. There will be no packages shipped to unmatched addresses without a signature required due to several attempt to fraud us.

Do you ship International?

CBDDY strives to ship all orders within 24hr, however we do not guarantee this as there are times of high volume, weather delays, or inventory can affect this. We are a high volume dealer and get tons of emails daily. Please help us to cut down on the un needed ones by waiting 72hr to inquire about your order. If your billing & shipping info did not match, no tracking will be provided to prevent fraud.

Shipping & Handling Time

Most orders ship same or next day. In the event an item is backordered shipping times could take a little longer. If you have not received a tracking number in 3 days please contact us.
