Return Policy

By purchasing you agree that you understand we are selling products containing Hemp Extract Including Cannabidiol (CBD). Further, you understand that none of the products offered for sale on cbddy.com or any of its subsidiaries have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nor are any of the products sold with the promise to diagnose, cure, or treat any known diseases. You should always consult with your local licensed medical professional prior to using any new products on your skin or ingesting new products into your body. Furthermore, CBDDY makes no medical claims or promises of the benefits of offering products that contain Cannabidiol. Please email chris@cbddy.com or call our customer service center at 1 (970) 573-5724 if you have any issues regarding products you received that you feel the need to return. We will be happy to discuss each individual case as they arise and work together on an agreeable solution. If at this time you wish to return your unopened product and it’s within 30 Days of receiving it, our returns policy is as follows. No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 1. Contact chris@cbddy.com and list all details about your return. Please note, that this must be done within the first 30 Days of receiving items. Only upon response move to step 

2 Ship back your unopened unused and non-pvt labeled products to Returns 438 S. Link Ln. Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, United States.

3. Once we receive the items back at our shipping facility and have inspected the condition of returned goods and we may have a 3rd party lab retest items if suspicion is present prior to issuing a refund.
